Location

General conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment (depending on booking timeline). Confirmation will be sent in writing.

2. Weather Conditions

Safety is our absolute priority.
In case of unsafe weather conditions (strong wind, thunderstorms, port restrictions), the skipper may:

  • Adjust the route

  • Shorten the trip

  • Reschedule the cruise

  • Cancel the experience

If the cruise is cancelled due to unsafe weather, guests may choose between:

  • Rescheduling (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund

Cloudy weather alone does not qualify as unsafe conditions.

3. Skipper Authority

The skipper has full authority onboard at all times.
All safety instructions must be followed. The skipper may terminate the cruise without refund in case of unsafe, intoxicated, or inappropriate behaviour.

4. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for:

  • Personal belongings

  • Following boarding instructions

  • Declaring relevant medical conditions

The yacht owner is not liable for loss or damage to personal items.

5. Conduct Onboard

  • No drugs permitted

  • No red wine onboard

  • Smoking only in designated areas

  • Respectful behaviour required at all times

6. Liability

 

The yacht is fully insured according to Spanish maritime regulations.
Liability is limited to the value of the booked charter.

Cancel conditions

By the Guest:

  • More than 7 days before departure → Full refund

  • 3–7 days before departure → 50% refund

  • Less than 72 hours before departure → No refund

  • No-show → No refund

Rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.

By the Operator:

In case of:

  • Unsafe weather

  • Technical issues

  • Force majeure

  • Port authority restrictions

Guests may choose between:

 

  • Full refund, or

  • Rescheduling
