A booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit or full payment has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid before the charter date as specified in the booking confirmation.

2. Authority of the Skipper

The skipper has full authority onboard and is responsible for the safety of the vessel and all guests. All guests must follow the skipper’s instructions at all times.

The skipper reserves the right to modify the route, itinerary, or activities if required for safety, weather conditions, or operational reasons.

3. Weather Conditions

Safety is our highest priority.

In case of unsafe weather conditions (strong winds, storms, or port authority restrictions), the charter may be:

  • Adjusted or shortened

  • Rescheduled to another available date

  • Cancelled

If the charter cannot take place due to unsafe conditions, guests may choose between rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

Cloudy or mild wind conditions do not qualify as unsafe weather.

4. Guest Responsibility

Guests must be able to board the vessel safely and move comfortably onboard.

Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The operator cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal items.

  • No drugs permitted onboard

  • Respectful behaviour towards crew and other guests is expected

The skipper reserves the right to terminate the charter without refund in case of unsafe, intoxicated, or inappropriate behaviour.

  • Force majeure

  • Port authority restrictions

Guests will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • Rescheduling to another available date

 Weather & Minimum Weather Conditions

Sailing is an outdoor activity and weather conditions may vary. The charter will proceed under all safe and navigable weather conditions.

Cloud cover, light rain, moderate wind, or cooler temperatures do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Only in the event that weather conditions are considered unsafe for navigation (for example strong winds, storms, or official port authority restrictions) will the skipper decide to:

  • Adjust the itinerary

  • Delay departure

  • Reschedule the charter

  • Cancel the charter

This decision rests solely with the skipper and operator.

If the charter cannot take place due to unsafe weather conditions, guests may choose between:

  • Rescheduling the charter, subject to availability

  • Receiving a full refund
